Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

U.S. Shipping

• Standard: 3–5 business days

Available worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ days, contact us and we’ll review it for you.

Returns

We stand behind the quality of every formula. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Opened/used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@kresvonlabs.com within 7 days with:

• Order number
• Photos of the product + packaging
• Description of the issue

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

2. If eligible, we’ll provide a return label
3. Pack the item securely and send it back
4. Refund is processed after inspection
