What's the difference between Braidsculpt, Securebond, and Sleekset?
BRAIDSCULPT™ is a multi-function styling gel built for braids, locs, twists, and edges — it delivers strong, flake-free hold and smooths flyaways. SECUREBOND™ is a glueless lace spray for wigs, closures, and frontals, giving a natural lace-melt hold without the mess of glue. SLEEKSET™ is a lightweight daily setting mousse for curls, braids, locs, and sleek finishes — flexible hold with no crunch or buildup.

What scents does Braidsculpt gel come in?
Pineapple, Rosemary Mint, and Strawberry, in 5.1 oz and 16.9 oz sizes.

What sizes are Securebond and Sleekset available in?
Both come in 2.7 oz and 10.1 oz.

Ingredients & Formula

Are Kresvon Labs products clean?
Yes. Every formula is made without sulfates, parabens, or harsh chemicals, and everything is formulated and produced in-house at our own GMP-certified, ISO-compliant lab in the USA.

What are the key ingredients in each product?
BRAIDSCULPT™ features Keratin, Argan Oil, and Rosemary Extract. SECUREBOND™ features Acrylates Copolymer, Witch Hazel, and Panthenol. SLEEKSET™ features Castor Oil, Aloe, and Vitamin B5. Full ingredient lists are listed on each product page under the "Ingredients" tab.

I have sensitive skin or allergies — what should I do?
We recommend checking the full ingredient list on the product page and doing a small patch test before first use, especially for scalp- or skin-contact products like SECUREBOND™. If you have a known allergy to a specific ingredient, please review the list carefully before purchasing.

Choosing a Product

Which product is best for edges vs. full braids?
BRAIDSCULPT™ works for both — it can be used sparingly on edges for a clean lay, or throughout the hair for full braid, loc, or twist styling.

Can I use these products on wigs and lace units?
Yes — SECUREBOND™ is designed specifically for lace wigs, closures, and frontals. BRAIDSCULPT™ and SLEEKSET™ can also be used on synthetic and human-hair wigs for styling and hold.

Shipping details

Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package ships.

U.S. Shipping

  • Standard: 3–5 business days
  • Expedited: 1–3 business days

International Shipping
Available worldwide. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Tracking
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement. If your tracking hasn’t updated for 3+ days, contact us and we’ll review it for you.

Refund details

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened/used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@seraya.us within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product + packaging
  • Description of the issue
